Air-conditioned apartment, located beside Centre Georges Pompidou, in between Le Marais and Montorgueil areas - among the most animated and charming neighborhoods of Paris. There are lots of cafes and restaurants and the central location is great for sightseeing. After a long day of visiting the City of  Light , return to the apartment and enjoy comforts of home  in a great, central area.
Pretty and  comfortable volume in the living room with a sofa-bed, an extendable  table with two chairs, a rocking  chair, internet  connection, cable TV, hi-fi, and telephone.The small kitchen is fully-equipped.    A large window opens onto the courtyard. The  loft bed and the office corner are separated from the main area by a corridor. Under the staircase  which leads to the mezzanine there is a  closet.   The splendid woodwork, very practical, was done by the owner himself. Here a  second window also opens onto the  courtyard.  Although the apartment is a studio, the main bed is set away from the living-room, on a mezzanine level, providing privacy for anyone sleeping on the sofa bed  in the living area.  The corridor leads to a bathroom  decorated with pink marble. There is a bathtub with  shower, a washbasin and toilet. Here  a third window also opens onto the  courtyard.
In the  very convenient rue Rambuteau, you will find all the commerce (fresh products, bakery, butcher...)
