Located in a pedestrian dead end street between Place de la Bastille and Place de la République, this old workshop (70 m²) is quiet, clear and roomy (height under ceiling)

The building is equipped with a system of safety by digicode, the common parts have been just renovated. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, the door of entry is armoured.
The main room is divided into two zones :
  • the living room which includes two settees and a sofa bed for two people, two armchairs, cable TV, VCR and Hifi.
  • the kitchen with all electric household appliances necessary : furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, crockery and a washing machine.

From the main room, one reaches the two bedrooms. The first one consists of two single beds. In the second one there are one double bed (160cm) and a large wall cupboard.
One passes by this room to reach the bathroom where one finds two basins and a bath-tub.

The nearest metro station is "Saint Ambroise". This very animated district (many restaurants, trendy bars and trade) is at a ten minutes walking distance from "Le Marais" district or "Place de la Bastille".
