This charming studio duplex  is on the second floor of a building of the 18th century.
It is equipped with a double system of safety : door code and intercom.  It can receive a couple and a person or two children.

The building is in front of “ Le caveau de la Huchette ” (Famous club of Jazz), between the place Saint-Michel and Notre Dame de Paris cathedral.  In the pedestrian area of the Latin Quarter delimited by the Seine river, the boulevard Saint Michel  and the boulevard Saint-Germain.  
One finds in this district all kinds of restaurants, coffees, cinemas,  stores "à.la.mode", craft industry, bookshops;  and a little further  the university of La Sorbone.
This sector is rich in attraction tourist.  In addition to the famous Notre Dame cathedral on Ile de la Cité  the “ Sainte Chapelle ” in the Law courts ( build under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248 ), the Conciergerie (where Marie-Antoinette was imprisoned ), the place and the flower market ; without forgetting the secondhand booksellers on the edges of the river Seine...
While going towards the Sorbonne thermal baths of Cluny (of the 3rd  century), the Hotel of Cluny (of 15th) and the museum of Cluny (of  19th)
