In the kitchen there are a refrigerator, two burners, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee machine, a boiler and all necessary dishes.

There are in the bathroom a bath-tub with shower system, a washbasin, the toilets and the washing machine.

Very central, the Montorgueil district is a very alive pedestrian district with a daily open market and many bars and restaurants. You will find at “Place des Victoires” the shops of many fashion designers and from "Place des Victoires" to "les Halles" a very large variety of clothing shops.

The nearests subway stations are: Etienne Marcel-line 4, Sentier-line 3 and Les Halles-line4, RER B,E,D
At a walking distance of the apartment, you will reach Le Louvre museum, the Picasso museum, the district of Le Marais, the Pompidou Center, and a little further : Notre Dame de Paris, the Latin Quarter, the Opera, etc.
