Very quiet, it is located on the first floor without elevator in a dead end street without circulation and its windows are equipped with double glazings. The district is served by many lines of bus, the nearest subway station is Maubert-Mutualité and the RER B and C passes in the vicinity (Stations Luxembourg and Saint Michel). The district is famous for its very many trade.

The first room of the apartment includes two windows, a bed for two people (140 cm), a table and a large closet with mirror.
The second room also has two windows but the bed (120 cm) is perfect for one adult or two children.
In addition to the bathroom (wash-hand basin, bath-tub, washing machine...) the apartment has another little bathroom with shower and toilets.
In the mainroom, you will find a table, a sofa bed (two people) a piano and the TV.
